I faced a lot of frustration when checking in. Initially, they argued over my reservation and insisted I only booked a full-size room, even after I showed my confirmation. The room was far from clean. there were sticky floors, stained towels, and an uncomfortably hard bed. Checkout was chaotic, with my card being processed multiple times, and I had to argue over a towel I didn’t even take to get my money back.

The stay was pleasant. The room was clean and had comfortable bedding. The staff was friendly and cute. The quiet environment made for a good night’s sleep. The area is convenient for travelers.

The free WiFi kept us connected, and the children's playground was a hit with the kids. We explored Bear Creek Golf Club and the sun terrace was perfect for chilling after a long day. Overall, this place is great for group trips!

On the downside, the breakfast options were pretty sparse, lacking variety.

The hotel was a perfect fit for our large family. With five teenagers and two younger kids, we appreciated the nice outdoor playground where the children could play. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we had a good amount of space in the room for everyone.
